Die perfekte Yoga-Party

Die Yogaparty kann starten!

 Vor ein paar Monaten gestaltete ich gemeinsam mit zwei lieben Freundinnen eine Kinderyogaparty für ein fünfjähriges Mädchen. Das Motto lautete "Hunde".


Wir dekorierten den Raum sehr bunt, am Ende jeder Matte war ein Luftballon befestigt.
Die Mitte (gelbes Tuch) konnten die Mädchen dann mit Stofftieren und kleinen Spielfiguren selber gestalten.

Motto: Dogs

Am Boden legten wir Hundemasken auf.

Die Mädchen konnte diese bemalen, mit einem Gummiband befestigen und aufsetzen. 

Und schon konnte es losgehen mit unserer Fantasiereise auf eine Farm.

Wir lernten folgende Asanas (Yogaübungen):

Max (Schneidersitz)

Katze

Hund

Pferd,

Gans

Storch

Schildkröte

Schnecke

Frosch

Und dann starteten wir mit unserer Geschichte: Jedes Mal, wenn die Kinder eines der Tiere hörten, machten sie diese nach.

                                                         On the farm

Max lives on a farm. He feels great, because he has a lot of friends here.

Like Mitzi, a cat. Her coat is white, with black stripes. And whenever she gets frightened, she does a huge cat’s arched back. Mitzi also loves slurping her milk. That makes her very happy.

Then there’s also Ralf, the dog. He is very tall and he barks a lot. When Max goes on a walk with Ralf, he always hast o run after him, because Ralf is so fast.

Bernd, the horse lives in a stable. He loves it to get groomed. Bernd always gets excited when Max comes to visit him.  Often, he takes Ralf, the dog, with him. Ralf and Bernd are best friends, they tell each other stories form the farm.

A couple of steps away live Sabine, the stork and Gustav, the turkey. They have a lot to say and gabble the whole day. When Max comes to visit them, he usually sits in the gras and observes them. He doesn’t understand a single word, but he loves it to watch them. They both look very funny together. Sabine, the stork has very long legs and towers over Gustav, the turkey.

A bit calmer are Sophie, the snail and Susi, the turtle. Sophie, the snail doesn’t like to move and prefers to stay in her snail shell. And whenever she gets out of her shell, she spreads out her tentacles.

Susi, the turtle loves to swim. When she gets out of the water, she hides in her carapace to get dry.

The little frog Fritz ist totally different. He loves to jump around the farm all day long. He is young and full of energy. Sometimes, Max takes Fritz with him, when he walks out the dog.

And when it gets dark, all animals go to sleep and dream about the adventures they’ve experienced.
